What are your qualifications?

I am a Holistic Health Coach by way of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I am also an Advanced Level Whole30 Coach. My passion is to help people uncover the dreams they didn't know they were dreaming. Helping you get a bigger bang out of your life by making systems work FOR you.

I have been coaching Whole30 since 2010 (WAY before there was an actual designation). I have used Whole30 to help with my asthma and Hashimoto's (thyroid) conditions. I firmly believe that most people should do an elimination protocol once in their lives. Whole30 is an excellent tool to help you become a healthier person.


How does Holistic Health Coaching work?

To work with me as a Holistic Coach we'll have a consultation. Health Coaching meets you where you are. We make micro changes daily that turn into life-changing habits. We will dig deep into the reasons why you want these changes so we have a roadmap for our future. Holistic Health Coaching is the study of YOU. Accordingly, you'll be my favorite topic.


How does Whole30 Coaching work?

To work with me on Whole30, either in a group setting (several times a year) or a One on One setting (on your time frame), you'll need to have a working knowledge of Whole30.
Whole30 has set rules which you'll want to be familiar with so we can maximize our time together. You can find it all free on the Whole30 website. I suggest reading It Starts with Food prior to our start. It's brilliant and the more you know the more you'll understand why it's so important. The Day by Day journal is required during our elimination phase and it's really helpful to have Food Freedom Forever but not required. Groups are typically several times per year, reach out to see when the next one is. My group rate varies. One to One Whole30 Coaching is $375 for an 8-week program. That's one week of Preparation, 4 weeks of Elimination, 2 weeks of Reintroduction, and a week to do Food Freedom which we do on a timeframe that works best for you.


How do we work together?

Many people start with a Whole30 to figure out what foods are best for fueling their lives. We’ll then transition into Holistic Health Coaching which is longer and broader in scope.

I’m always happy to do a quick consultation to see if we are a good fit. Reach out with any questions. The next step will be to fill out the Health History Form and we’ll go from there.
