This is a small, doable challenge that will strengthen your core, stabilize you hip flexors and give you a healthy back. There will be several tracks inside the challenge for you to pick from that will make it easier or harder depending on your fitness level. You get to pick your own flavor. There will be instruction on how to pick the kettlebell best suited for your needs. You will need at least one kettlebell to do this challenge.
This quick daily challenge will result in all over strengthening, more stability, and maybe even an ab muscle or two. Join us for this fun workout!
