FITNESS MOTIVATION

YOUR BODY WAS BUILT TO MOVE.

Motivate Me Love hosts monthly challenges so you can try new moves, and proven fitness trends in a safe and informative environment. You can do everything from home with minimal equipment. Our private Facebook group is a community of members only to cheer and support one another during your challenge.  We will send a daily email at 4am so you always know what is expected for that day. Not a part of the social media revolution? Don't worry, you can still participate.

Build Some Muscle

We loooooove muscles. Muscles protect bones. They look really pretty too. MotivateMe.Love groups will focus on different types of movement monthly, because a well rounded person is a healthy person. Our goal is to make sure if you fall when you are 90 that those muscles are there to pick you up and dust you off.  Our long term goals are to make you bulletproof and harder to kill. Should the Zombie Apocalypse happen - you’ll be stronger than you are today. They might just run from you when they see the force of nature you’ve become. 

We honor the individual. You are going to do things different than anyone else. We love that about you. Talking about your experience is key to MotivateMe.Love challenges. Sharing helps us all - that’s why we do these challenges as a group effort. What you learn about yourself can help someone else.  Reaching down to help someone up is one of our favorite exercises.
